2015 doesn’t seem that long ago but there was a time where Stephen Curry, who was just named to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, wasn’t the star we know today. Curry was dealing with a constant battle with injuries in his career at that point and just left Nike to go to Under Armour thanks to the help of teammate Kent Bazemore. After winning 3 rings, 2 MVPs, and 4 All-NBA First Team honors, now Steph is 9 signature sneakers deep with Under Armour and UA is planning on bringing back the sneaker later this year.
The Under Armour Curry One featured Charged cushioning, which feels plush when in a stagnant state and is responsive when kinetic combined with Anafoam on the upper which provides a better and secure fit on pressure points on the foot by fusing EVA foam and mesh. Whether or not if the reissue of the UA Curry One is going to feature the same tech as the OG or an updated one is still unknown.
The Under Armour Curry One is tentatively set to drop on November 11th with the colorway of the sneaker being unknown. Is it going to be the MVP Colorway? Dub Nation? Let us know on Twitter and Instagram what you think about this and what colorway you’d like to see a return.
